From the owner, Dan, to the customer service rep to the installers, I was extremely satisfied! Dan came over right away, my inquiries were always answered immediately, and the installers showed up whn they said they would. They performed the job quickly and professionally, and were couteous and respectful. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will be recommending them to all others in my complex!

Dan was very straight to the point about what was wrong with our current A/C system and what needed to be done to fix it. He also helped us fix a long standing issue with lack of airflow to one of our rooms. He started when he said he would and his crew worked professionally, quickly and neatly. Over the phone the owner helped me troubleshoot the issue to get an idea of the options I had to repaire or replace the ac unit. The next morning he was there and saw that the ac and coil needed to be replaced and gave me a good price. 4 days later my house i had a great working ac.
